Meet Our Team
Introducing the Dentists and Team
The husband-and-wife team of Dr. Chinmay Davé and Dr. Rupal Davé met while attending dental school and shortly after got married. Dr. Chinmay Davé received his degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University, and Dr. Rupal Davé graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in biological sciences. They both earned their DDS degrees from Baylor College of Dentistry in Downtown Dallas.
Both doctors participate in continuing education programs and hold membership in prestigious dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Fort Worth District Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Chinmay Davé enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends! Dr. Rupal Davé enjoys cooking, interior decorating, and also spending time with family and friends. Their pride and joy is their 2 year old son, Veer who keep them busy!
The dentists purchased their first practice in 2005. They attribute their success to providing professional excellence with a personal touch, a philosophy that embodies their devotion to deliver the highest level of dental care possible.

DESI AMERSON - PRACTICE MANAGER
Desi joined our practice in 2010 as the practice manager and comes with a wealth of dental experience and knowledge. Her strong management and leadership skills have been a valuable asset to our office and in facilitating optimal patient care. One thing you will notice about Desi is her compassionate nature and a genuine interest in helping our patients feel welcomed and comfortable.
On a personal note, Desi is married to Jim and has 3 stepchildren - Taran, Jarrett, and Katie. In her spare time she enjoys to decorate, being outdoors, jeeping, and spending time with her dogs, Potter and Roscoe.
NATALIE DANCER - FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Natalie has been working in the dental field for over 10 years. She works with our patients' insurance and financial concerns and has extensive experience in insurance coding, office administration, and patient relations. She truly cares about the level of care that every patient receives, and will go out of her way to help each patient.
Natalie is engaged to Ram and is in the process of preparing for a beautiful destination wedding in Mexcio! In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 2 boys, Brennan and Collin, cooking, and reading.
JOHANNA PULE - HYGIENE COORDINATOR
Johanna is our hygiene coordinator and joined our dental team in 2009. Her passion is working with people and providing excellent customer service to all our patients. Johanna's warm personality, bilingual skills, and professionalism create a positive experience for all of our patients during each visit.
Johanna and her husband Jack have two girls, Alexis and Lauren. On her free time, Johanna likes to shop, dance, and spend time with her family.
BRENDA LASLEY, RDH - DENTAL HYGIENIST
Brenda joined our team in 2006 as our dental hygienist. With over 20 years of experience, Brenda received her Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Texas Woman’s University. Brenda loves getting to know our patients and devoting time to educate them about proper oral health care. She has taken numerous continuing education courses to further her knowledge and keep up with the latest in dentistry.
Brenda and her husband, Phil, have three daughters – Heather, Courtney, and Rebecca. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys painting, scrap-booking, and photography.
KIMBERLY POE, RDH - DENTAL HYGIENIST
Kimberly joined our practice in 2010 as our second dental hygienist. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2005. What Kim loves most about her profession is to be able to meet people and help them achieve their dental goals through education and motivation. Her fun-loving personality and energetic spirit is a joy to those who are around her and it shows!
On a personal note, Kim is married to Jason and has 2 boys, Brett and Carter and a Great Dane named Dakota. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to church, watching romantic comedies, and playing Guitar Hero!
KRISTA DEUPREE, RDA - DENTAL ASSISTANT
Krista joined our dental practice in 2008 and quickly became an integral part of our team as our lead dental assistant. She is extremely dedicated and attentive to help serve our patients and make them feel as comfortable as possible. She also enjoys working with our patients to attain beautiful, healthy smiles.
Krista has two children, Kyle and Kaitlyn to keep her busy. However, when she does have time, Krista loves fishing, being outdoors, and going country dancing.
MORIAH KOEN, RDA - DENTAL ASSISTANT
Moriah joined our team in April of 2009 as one of our dental assistants. She truly enjoys taking care of our patients and doing whatever it takes to make sure their visit is as relaxed and stress free as possible. Her friendly nature also helps put our patients at ease during their dental visits. What Moriah enjoys most about dentistry is “building long-lasting relationships with patients”.
Moriah has 2 children, Layla and Lucas with whom she loves to spend time with. On a side note, she enjoys shopping, decorating, scrap-booking, and having cookouts!
